Silently, he watches... at a distance, mostly... hidden... inconspicuous, when there are no smoke screens, curtains, shutters, blinds... yet never far enough to fail his ward, if ever she should need him. Vina merely has to 'feel' afraid; the Bogeyman arrives, his presence menacing to all save her whose life and limb he safeguards. Rather short, he has a strong physique, with muscles on his muscles, and his stare can spook an Ora, even; Vina saw herself, as she was walking (out of bounds) one day, collecting sundry specimens, when a Dragon caught her scent and turned to charge. She froze. It loomed: its neck inflating, ribs expanding, mouth agape and hissing foulness. When it raised itself on hind legs built like fireplugs, Dede ROARED! Which fazed the brute not one iota; it was Dede's gaze that shocked it, having leapt in front of Vina, crouched, then armed his eyes with rage - which flashed an order at the lizard 'DON'T ATTACK.' The beast obeyed. It simply stuck its slimy tongue out once,

 then fled.
