Following the 'Monster' (Dede's private name for Vina) to a section of the Lab reserved for 'sacrilegious horrors' (Dede's bias somewhat pious) since the Boss is atheistic, and appears to think it fitting that his daughter flirt with Hell, for Vina likewise does not pray, burn incense, fast, give alms, make offerings. She, in point of fact, pokes fun at those whose Faith she views as 'quaint' (a term that Dede fails to comprehend beyond its condescension). How can one so young presume to laugh at God Himself? Disgraceful! How can one so smart misuse her wits on witchcraft, evil spells? For surely turning ones own rambut into gaudy hues is fiendish - Vina's hair, from Dede's wide-eyed vantage, transforms once again, its garish green become a Rip-Van-Winkle gray.
